Questions hotels ask
Is there a contract?
You pay for one year at a time. There is no debit order and nothing renews without an invoice: if you do not pay the renewal, the listing simply stops. Changed your mind? Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Which size am I?
It depends on your total rooms or units: Boutique (1-30 Rooms), Full-Service (31 - 99 Rooms), Landmark (100+ Rooms). If you add more rooms later, we show you the new size and its cost before anything changes.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. Guests contact you or book on your own booking page, and pay you directly. Explor does not handle bookings or payments for stays.
How do I pay?
By EFT, using the invoice number as the reference. Your listing goes live as soon as the payment reflects. You can upload proof of payment on your Billing tab.
What are Explor stays?
Each listing year includes a few complimentary nights for Explor (1 for Boutique, 2 for Full-Service, 3 for Landmark), one standard room for two. We use them to write about and photograph your property, run competitions that promote you, and check listings. We book at least 14 days ahead, and you can decline your peak periods.
Can my staff manage the listing?
Yes. Add managers and reception staff from your dashboard. They get their own logins and never see your billing.
